By registering for this regatta and entering the regatta site you herby grant the Regina Rowing Club, it’s successors, assignees and licensees, permission to photograph you, record your voice, reproduce and/or simulate your voice and picture, and use and/or simulate your name, likeness, picture and voice in and in connection with taping of the Canadian Masters Championships 2016, and in connection with any motion picture(s) which incorporate any footage and the distribution, exhibition, televising, advertising, promotion and exploitation thereof, in any manner whatsoever, in any and all media now known or thereafter devised throughout the universe in perpetuity.  This grant is irrevocable, so that you may proceed in reliance thereon.  Nothing herein shall be construed as obligating us to so use your name, voice, picture or likeness in any way.
